1. Short Description

This TeX package allows the users to adjust the way their Ott-generated rules
are displayed.
2. Manual

To create the manual type "make" in this directory. This will create the
"manual.pdf", which contains lots of example uses of the package.

The package and its manual were written by Rok Strnisa and Matthew Parkinson.
