pact for DEBIAN

The pact package consists of nine sub packages, which have been split
in two sections:
- base packages SCORE, PML, PDB, PPC and SCHEME (pact-base)
- X11 dependent packages PGS, PANACEA, ULTRA, SX (pact)
All header files and static libraries can be found in the pact-dev
package, all documentation files (HTML and PostScript) in the pact-doc
package.
The header files can be found in /usr/include/pact, the libraries in
/usr/lib. The Scheme specific files are in /usr/lib/pact
YOU HAVE TO SET TO ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES TO WORK WITH PACT!
export SCHEME=/usr/lib/pact
export ULTRA=/usr/lib/pact
The two binaries scheme and sx have been renamed to scheme-pact and
sx-pact, because they conflict with other Debian packages (rzsz and
elk). If thise causes some conflicts in pact scripts, please email me.
The shared libraries are built with -O2, the static libraries with -g
enabled for debugging. To use the static libraries, link with
-Bstatic <here go the required pact libs> -Bdynamic
