This is an update version of the PAL cross assembler. See comments at
top of palbart.c for more information.

palbart is a Linux fc14.i686 executable
palbart.exe is a Windows executable that will run under XP or later
   note it was not rebuilt when possible buffer overruns fixed in 2023.
old directory contains various versions I found online
testbench is testcases for verifying proper operation.
