Changes existing object(s) to look like as if it was (they were) drawn
using the current "pen". For example ApplyPen on a line object will change
the line thickness and line clearance values to the current line thickness
and clearance values a new line is drawn with using the line tool.

This action is the inverse pair of the <act>SetSame</act> action.
