Known Bugs of pcd2html

- pcd2html distclean stupidly removes all *.jpg files blindly
  assuming that they were created with pcd2html.  If you provide
  *.jpg files in data.extra they will be removed.
  Workaround: rename these files to *.jpeg

- pcd2html was not tested with multi-session Photo CDs and it
  is very unlikely that it can cope with more than the first
  directory on the CD  (This feature will be surely implemented
  if I'll get my first multi-session CD but *if* this happens ... ???)
  May be there will be a workaraound if inclusion of other images
  is finished.
