=head1 DESCRIPTION

B<Tk_ClearSelection> cancels the selection specified by the atom
I<selection> for the display containing I<tkwin>.
The selection need not be in I<tkwin> itself or even in
I<tkwin>'s application.
If there is a window anywhere on I<tkwin>'s display that
owns I<selection>, the window will be notified and the
selection will be cleared.
If there is no owner for I<selection> on the display, then the
procedure has no effect.
