- keyboard accelerators. For each toolbar button code must be rewritten to
create the button, bind the accelerator and callbacks, then add the button to
the toolbar. I'm uncertain if it's possible to get the accelerator key
underlined, as it seems accelerators were designed with menus in mind.
- The view.pl script should consult the /etc/mailcap and users's ~/.mailcap
to launch viewers for unrecognized media types.
- The summary list callback should implement autoscrolling behaviour similar
to that in npsummary/tree_callback.C, so that making a selection in the tree
will result in the list, if it is onscreen, scrolling to show its
corresponding entry.
