Two orthogonalization routines are predefined, including

KSPGMRESModifiedGramSchmidtOrthogonalization()

KSPGMRESClassicalGramSchmidtOrthogonalization() - Default. Use <A HREF="../KSP/KSPGMRESSetCGSRefinementType.html#KSPGMRESSetCGSRefinementType">KSPGMRESSetCGSRefinementType</A>() to determine if
iterative refinement is used to increase stability.
