Whenever indicating null character data in a Fortran code,
PETSC_NULL_CHARACTER must be employed; using <A HREF="../Sys/PETSC_NULL.html#PETSC_NULL">PETSC_NULL</A> is not
correct for character data! Thus, PETSC_NULL_CHARACTER can be
used for the display and title input parameters.
