This must be used with the <A HREF="../DMDA/MATHYPRESSTRUCT.html#MATHYPRESSTRUCT">MATHYPRESSTRUCT</A> matrix type.
This is less general than in hypre, it supports only one part, and one block per process defined by a PETSc <A HREF="../DMDA/DMDA.html#DMDA">DMDA</A>.
Also, only cell-centered variables.
