For <A HREF="../DMDA/DMDA.html#DMDA">DMDA</A> objects this only works for "uniform refinement", that is the refined mesh was obtained <A HREF="../DM/DMRefine.html#DMRefine">DMRefine</A>() or the coarse mesh was obtained by
<A HREF="../DM/DMCoarsen.html#DMCoarsen">DMCoarsen</A>(). The coordinates set into the <A HREF="../DMDA/DMDA.html#DMDA">DMDA</A> are completely ignored in computing the interpolation.
