Sets the storage format of CUSPARSE matrices for a particular operation. Only the <A HREF="../Mat/MatMult.html#MatMult">MatMult</A> operation can use different GPU storage formats for MPIAIJCUSPARSE matrices. This requires the txpetscgpu package. Use --download-txpetscgpu to build/install PETSc to use this package.
