Hello,

this subdirectory is a great disappointment. Very unfinished.
More an outline of a handbook than a handbook.

It's included here because it contains a nearly finished appendix
where the ANS-Forth documentation requirements are satisfied.

Makeinfo and texi2dvi process this stuff (more or less) but please
don't waste paper printing it.
