<p> <code class="command">END</code> commits the current transaction. All changes
made by the transaction become visible to others and are guaranteed
to be durable if a crash occurs. This command is a
<span class="productname">PostgreSQL</span> extension
that is equivalent to <a href="sql-commit.html">COMMIT</a>.
