Description
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This algorithm finds the minimum spanning forest in a possibly disconnected
graph using Prim's algorithm.

**The main characteristics are:**

   :end-before: prim-description-end

- EMPTY SET is returned when there are no edges in the graph.
