 $ debian/rules get-orig-source

FYI, the Debian package is maintained in git at
http://git.debian.org/?p=users/olberger-guest/php-arc.git;a=summary ,
using git-buildpackage, and may be regenerated with a command-line
like : 
 $ debian/rules get-orig-source; git-buildpackage --git-tarball-dir=..
