Translation Rules:
1. Treat PHP as a lady. translate "php enables" to "php me'afsheret" (and not to "php me'afsher")
2. Avoid translating technical words, like 'operator', 'compile' (lekampel), and others
3. Avoid translating "you" to "ata" or "at". you should -> kedai


IMPORTANT======================================================================
To all translators:

1.Please start updating the file named 'translation.xml' every time you start working on
a translation. This file will generate a list of files available for translation and
a status table of translationss in progress.
The 'Translators' file should no longer be in use.

http://www.php.net/manual/he/revcheck.html

2. Please start using a revision tag similar to the one I used in the file 
'/language/variables.xml'.
