Perl Installation and Configuration Agent
=========================================

PICA stands for Perl Installation and Configuration Agent, and is a Perl
program created to assist sysadmins do their work. In particular, PICA:

	- Copies files to different hosts, with optional variations based on
	  Perl conditionals and code
	- Helps you write, install and manage "alarms", little programs
	  (preferably in Perl) that check your machines for abnormal
	  situations, and possibly try to fix them. All of these is achieved
	  by means of the PIFIA (PICA Framework for Integrated Alarms)

See INSTALL file for details on installing PICA, and doc/manual.tex if you're
looking for some documentation.
