The script flatten_json.py was put into /usr/bin. This is unfortunate
since too generic to not expect conflicts between packages "real soon".
A symbolic link to pizzly_flatten_json.py is also offered to allow the
flatten_json.py executable to mv to /usr/share/pizzly. We work with the community,
and here this mostly means upstream and conda, to smoothen the experience.
For now, Debian's immediate aim is the best-possible compatibility with the
scientific community's established workflows.
That script is explicitly requested by bcbio.
