`netplan' for DEBIAN

System administrators are *STRONGLY ADVISED* to read the netplan(8)
man page and alter /etc/plan/netplan-acl for security reasons. This
file is names by the author of netplan
"/var/lib/plan/netplan.dir/.netplan-acl"; it has been moved to
/etc/plan/ for FSSTND/FHS considerations.
Daemon netplan is disabled by default. Edit /etc/init.d/netplan to
enable.
Notes concerning netplan files
------------------------------
The /var/lib/plan/netplan.dir/ directory is created from the postinst
by `adduser', and removed from the postrm by `deluser -r'.
A default /etc/plan/netplan-acl file is created from the postinst
together with the directory. It is created empty, and is not declared
as a conffile.
