plstar: Initialization 

DESCRIPTION:

    This function is used in example 1. 

SYNOPSIS:

plstar(nx, ny)

ARGUMENTS:

    nx (PLINT, input) :    Number of subpages to divide output page in the
    horizontal direction. 

    ny (PLINT, input) :    Number of subpages to divide output page in the
    vertical direction.
