pmp-common for Debian

This package now uses the 'plugdev' group, created by base-passwd since
3.5.9. If you want a user to be able to use devices plugged into the
system, add them to this group.

If you use a portable media player not supported by this package,
email me and let me know what software you use it access it. (Any
device that simply appears as a removable hard drive should use
the pmount package instead).
