<p>The base class for all part or attachment handlers. </p>
<p>Part handlers are used for handling email parts and attachments in MIME multipart messages, as well as file uploads via HTML forms. </p>
<p>Subclasses must override <a href="Poco.Net.PartHandler.html#14667" title="Poco::Net::PartHandler::handlePart()">handlePart</a>(). </p>
