"Polymer" is a QT3 port of "Plastik". It does not
depend on any KDE libraries.
The QT3 port of "Plastik" was created by
Adam Jakubek <mig21@static.int.pl>
The rest of this readme file is taken from original
"Plastik" distribution.

"Plastik" is a KDE style for KDE 3.0/3.1 based on
the KDE style dotNET. Since version 0.3 it includes
a KDE native KWin window decoration which is based on
my other window decoration "Knifty".

You can find info about installing in the INSTALL file;
As of Plastik 0.3.6 you can choose between a "dotted"
and a "lined" scroll bar handle decoration, to use
the lined one, create a file in your ~/.qt/ dir called
plastikstylerc containing the following and restart
applications:
