README for PolyORB Tools

PolyORB provides some helper tools

po_catref : output information held in a stringified reference,
	  e.g. CORBA IOR, corbaloc or URI

po_dumpir : output information held in a CORBA Interface Repository
	  instance.

po_names : generic naming server, compatible with CORBA COS Naming
	 API. To be used when no dependences on CORBA is required.
