Description: Mass spectrometry framework - GUI program
GNU polyxmas-bin is a package from the GNU polyxmass mass
spectrometry software project. It is the package that contains the
binary program of the software suite. This package gives to the user
the ability to make brand new polymer chemistry definitions, use them
in a molecular mass calculator, and edit polymer sequence files. Each
action performed by the user automatically triggers recalculation of
all the masses according to the mass calculation engine's
configurations that were previously set by the user.
 .
Chemical simulations encompass cleavage (either chemical or
enzymatic), gas-phase fragmentations, chemical modification of any
 monomer in the polymer sequence...

Description: Mass spectrometry framework - GUI program arch-indep data
GNU polyxmas-bin-common is a package from the GNU polyxmass mass
spectrometry software project. It is the package that contains the
architecture-independent data that are required for the proper
 functioning of the GUI program.
