SYNTAX: PORK::win_clear([refnum])
	Clears a window. The text that was displayed in the window before it was cleared can be recovered by scrolling up.

INPUT PARAMETERS
	refnum: (Optional) The reference number of the window to clear. If no refnum is specified, the current window is assumed.

RETURN VALUE
	Returns 0.
