SYNTAX: PORK::buddy_clear_permit([account])
	Removes all entries from an account's permitted users list.

INPUT PARAMETERS
	account: (Optional) The account whose block list will be affected. If this parameter is omitted, the current account is assumed.

RETURN VALUE
	Returns 0 on success, -1 on failure.
