SYNTAX: PORK::win_erase([refnum])
	Clears the current window. The text that was displayed in the window before the win erase command was executed is gone for good.

INPUT PARAMETERS
	refnum: (Optional) The reference number of the window to erase. If no refnum is specified, the current window is assumed.

RETURN VALUE
	Returns 0 on success, -1 on failure.
