Todo stuff for portrelease in Debian:

- File wishlist bugs to packages providing static ports so that they register 
  here and change their init scripts

- update-rc.d does not support a service being started/stopped in the same
  runlevel? we should release all stuff automatically before the end
  of the runlevel, otherwise we will end up with open ports that no
  daemon listens to.
