This package requires a ROM file which is not freely distributable.  There
are two legal ways to acquire a ROM file:
 a) Use pi-getrom from the pilot-link package to transfer the ROM from 
    an actual device
 b) Sign up for Palm Computing's Solution Provider Program.  This will 
    grant you access to debugging ROMs from Palm's website

Once you run pose, you must right-click on the window to get a menu.  Choose
File/New and you will be prompted for the location of the ROM file and other
parameters.
