SENDNEWS will move some files and invoke properly postit to post news articles

.B sendnews
sendnews will stop your inn via ctlinnd, move all spooled outgoing articles to a file,
restart inn, invoke postit and remove the file after posting all articles.

The configuration file is /etc/news/postit.conf
You can define the spooldirectory, the name of your newsserver to post
to and the name of the outgoing file
