.SH DESCRIPTION
This manual page documents briefly the
.B interdaemon
command.
This manual page was written for the Debian distribution
because the original program does not have a manual page.
.PP
The \fBinterdaemon\fP program is a gateway between the \fPpostman\fP cgi-bin
and the IMAP and NTTP servers. It opens a connection to the NNTP or IMAP
server for each user session and keeps it open until the user closes it or
after a period of inactivity.
.PP
Look at the sample config file
.I /usr/share/doc/postman/examples/interdaemon.cfg
for a summary of options.
