pppstatus for Debian

The runonboot option does not yet work correctly in this initial
Debian package, but probably will in one of the next releases.
PLEASE NOTE: After terminating pppstatus your console needs to be reset
to display all latin1 characters correctly:
Just put the following alias into your ~/.bashrc:
alias pppstatus='pppstatus -s 56; reset'
Of course you have to replace 56 with your online connection speed.
Alternatively you might as well manually call 'reset' after exiting
from pppstatus.
