profile-sync-daemon for Debian

This package provides "systemctl --user" systemd services files. It is expected that
systemd/logind-managed user session is used if the tool is supposed to work out-of-the-box.
If this particular type of user session is not used, the user will have to call
"psd resync" upon login and "psd unsync" upon logout using custom scripts or
by running the commands manually.
