Known Issues with proxytunnel

Apache might need: http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=16105
for SSL proxying ;) (see http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=29744)

Setproctitle mode 1 only works on openbsd
Setproctitle mode 2 should work on linux and some other platforms
Platforms confirmed without setproctitle: CYGWIN
