Hi, 

I took the version modified by Olaf and made one change: I added a new
compile time option called ALLBYOPTS that lets one binary do any or all
of Olaf's options, selected by command-line option. As before, if 
this option is not chosen, you are left with the previous, and if no
options are chosen, you are left with the original.

I have determined that the functionality of spwgen and that of pwgen -s
are identical, so the new package does not build spwgen. If you want it,
use the original 1-11.
