pycxx for Ubuntu (and Debian)
-----------------------------

- pythonX.Y-cxx just contains just an empty CXX package.
- pythonX.Y-cxx-dev contains the development files to build extensions
  using PyCXX. Holds the example files as well.
- python-cxx and python-cxx-dev depend on the corresponding default
  packages of the default python version.
