BEFORE ALL:

you should have codeml and slr in your path:

 * CodeML, you can downalod it from http://abacus.gene.ucl.ac.uk/software/paml.html
 * SLR, from here: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/goldman-srv/SLR/

download, compile and install both of the programs, in order to be able to run the examples.
