python-fuse for Debian

Bug reports are of course most welcomed.

This python module is only available with redcent 2.6.x kernels, so
you simply have to "modprobe fuse", or "echo fuse >> /etc/modules" to
have it loaded automatically at boot time.

You will also need to belong to the "fuse" group to do anything
FUSE-related.
