- reincarnate running tests at least for NeuroDebian builds (if not possible
  without incuring network access add explicit 'check').  
  
  Instead of looking for a solution how to fix "network access" issue
  they were simply disabled completely in 1.0.1+git137-gc8b8379-2  so now we
  have no assurance on correct performance in Debian or NeuroDebian builds --
  too bad.
