This extension modernizes type annotations by adopting [PEP 585](https://peps.python.org/pep-0585/) and [PEP 604](https://peps.python.org/pep-0604/). For example, it will transform `Union[A, B]` into `A | B`, and `List[str]` into `list[str]`.
