python-netcdf for DEBIAN

This is a netCDF module for python, packaged for Debian GNU/Linux
by Matthias Klose <doko@debian.org>. The initial
upload was done by Gregor Hoffleit <flight@debian.org>. The
package will be taken over by Matthias ASAP.
