* PLWM Ideas

Here various ideas about bugs, new features and redesigns can be
discussed.  It is intented as a scratch pad for the developers to
store ideas that isn't yet mature enough to be turned into code.

Use whatever format that is the most convenient one for expressing the
idea, but try to limit yourself to text files.  Related ideas should
share a single file.
