To test with a MariaDB or MySQL container image:

docker run -d -p 3306:3306 -e MYSQL_ALLOW_EMPTY_PASSWORD=1 \
  --name=mysqld -v ./ci/docker-entrypoint-initdb.d:/docker-entrypoint-initdb.d:z \
