Comments are null-terminated with trailing spaces removed. Leading spaces are also removed from keycomments (i.e. those immediately following the '<code><b>/</b></code>' character), but not from <code><b>COMMENT</b></code> or <code><b>HISTORY</b></code> keyrecords or keyrecords without a value indicator (''<code><b>= </b></code>'' in columns 9-80).
