Requirements and warnings:

1. Requires FAME version 9.2. Can be back-ported to version 9.0 with very
   minor tweaking, but does not work with 9.0 out of the box.
2. Requires the timeseries module, and has all the same requirements and
   warnings listed in that module's readme file.
