Title: qps - visual process manager

Description: An visual process monitor (like "top" but with a
graphical interface). Processes can be reniced
and have signals sent to them. Supports Posix.1b realtime
scheduling. Allows inspection of memory mappings, TCP/UDP
sockets and open files for each process.
