The QIntValidator class provides range checking of integers.
<p>
QIntValidator provides a lower and an upper bound. It does not
provide a <a href="qvalidator.html#48f1a4">fixup</a>() function.

<p>Constructs a validator object which accepts all integers.

<p>Constructs a validator object which accepts all integers from <em>bottom</em> up to and including <em>top.</em>
