<p>If the <i>text</i> contains an underlined letter (a letter preceded by an ampersand, &amp;), when the user presses Alt+ the underlined letter, focus is passed to the buddy widget.</p>
<p>The <i>parent</i>, <i>name</i> and widget flag, <i>f</i>, arguments are passed to the <a href="qframe.html">QFrame</a> constructor.</p>
